All the products I send are selected and quality controlled. If they are handmade products, it will be noted in the description. Please double check the address you declare for shipping. If the address is typed incorrectly and the package must return to my workshop, I will have to charge you for the return shipping.
If the package is lost or does not arrive at its destination, contact me at [email protected] and DHL to initiate the claim. Please note that it can only be claimed within 30 days of the declared arrival of the product.
